The Wingding app is a product of a swiss based company – Wingding AG. This app is an international nightlife and community platform. On the one hand it is the social network app for club and party visitors while on the other hand it offers operators and organizers a worldwide promo platform in the environment of clubs, festivals, bars, restaurants and hotels.
The app is a complex technology piece involving:
- Flutter – a google based hybrid app development framework
- AWS – The most prominent cloud based infrastructure provider
- Relational & Non-relational database: Perfect balance of speed and consistency
- Microservices Architecture – Easy to scale and cost efficient, mitigates inter-team dependencies
- Java 11/Springboot – for complex backend business logic
- Jenkins/AWS – automated deployment using CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Deployment) paradigm
