The CTO has overall responsibility for managing the physical and human technology infrastructure, including technology deployment, network and systems management, integration testing, and development of the technical operations staff. You will manage to the customer relationships to ensure Milestones expectations and goals are met across the various operational areas. Based on my experience as a Tech Lead and CTO, I serve as an advisor and sparring partner to the CTO of your company or startup.
